Right away he started troubleshooting and explained things in a way that actually made sense. Turned out the issue was the control board on our 12 year old Goodman furnace.
He was upfront about the repair, the cost, and timing for the part.
He came back the next day as promised, got the new board installed, and had everything running properly again within a couple hours. Ran his testing, gave us a report and recommendations.
