OUR INSTALLATION PROCESS

Assessment & Planning

We evaluate your home, assess your current system & it’s installation condition. We then confirm requirements, plan our installation with you, work with your vision, go over the equipment, materials & methods for the installation.

Preparation

We work in the furnace room and condenser location outside. We ask only 2 things of you at this time.

1) Keep the area around the furnace as clean as possible. We don’t want to damage your belongings & our techs need ample room to work safely!

2) Contain any pets. We move in and out of the home numerous times during installations. We want to make sure your pets are out of harms reach from our tools, materials and stay safe in your home!

Removal & Installation

On installation day, our team will arrive on time, make contact with you, prepare the inside of the home with floor coverings. One technician will be working in the furnace room and one technician will work on the outdoor unit.

We will safely remove the old equipment and dispose of it. All new equipment will be registered for warranty, which you will receive digital copies the day of completion.

Our technicians install the new system, make all necessary connections, and ensure everything meets code and manufacturer standards. Proper paperwork & checklists are completed and submitted to you with your warranty for your records.

Testing & Final Walkthrough

Upon completion of the installation, we run the system, conduct our testing sequence & document all performance information.

Once our preliminary testing is complete. We walk you through the entire job. What was done, how we did it, any concerns, any information to be aware of and how to maintain the equipment.

We leave your home spotless. As if we were never there. Broom, vacuum, dust, mop, wipe & polish any and all dirt and debris from the work area!

On all our equipment, we have our service sticker which contains our installation date & contact information in the event of an emergency. We place a lawn sign in the front yard, provide you will all your necessary documentation.

All payments/invoice balances are due upon completion unless otherwise noted* We accept credit cards, apple pay & online payments for a 3.5% fee*
