Covers the diagnostic visit, the trip charge and the first hour on site. Repairs are quoted separately before any work begins.
Cleaning, visual inspection, filter replacement, humidifier check, combustion analysis for carbon monoxide, gas pressure test, safety-control test, leak check and a written service report.
Emergency & after-hours callouts are $250 plus HST. This applies to holidays, weekends, and weekdays after 6:00 p.m., unless another rate is agreed before the visit.
