ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED IN ONTARIO?+
Yes, 100%. We are fully TSSA-certified (Technical Standards and Safety Authority) in Ontario and carry full liability insurance. Our certification is TSSA #FS-R-52587. Anyone working in your home will have their gas license and can present it to you on site!
WILL YOU TRY TO SELL ME A BRAND NEW FURNACE OR A/C IF MINE CAN JUST BE REPAIRED?+

HOW MUCH WILL A SERVICE CALL OR DIAGNOSIS COST?+
We believe in 100% price transparency—no hidden travel fees, unexpected surcharges, or surprise labor rates. Our upfront diagnostic rates are: Standard Service Call (Within 20 km): $135 + HST (Summer discount: regularly $150+HST) Extended Service Area (20+ km): $180 + HST After-Hours / Emergency Service (24/7): $225 + HST How it works: This fee covers dispatching a fully certified technician to your home to thoroughly inspect, test, and diagnose the issue. Once we know what’s going on, we give you an exact, flat-rate repair quote before we turn a single wrench—so you are always in complete control of the cost.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?+
We accept Online Credit Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay for 3.5% additional fee), Interac E-Transfer, and Cash/Cheque. You’ll receive a clear, digital invoice right to your email upon job completion, making it easy to pay securely online or directly with the technician on-site. Please check your spam folder, our emails like to get sent there! If you still can't find it, get in touch and we'll send it over to you.
ARE THERE GOVERNMENT REBATES AVAILABLE FOR NEW FURNACE OR AC INSTALLATIONS?+
Government rebate programs change frequently and almost exclusively focus on electric heat pumps—systems we generally don't install. For standard natural gas furnaces and air conditioners, direct manufacturer rebates or seasonal promotions sometimes pop up, but we prefer to give you an honest, fair price upfront rather than inflated quotes wrapped in confusing government paperwork.
