Covers the diagnostic visit and trip charge, including the first hour on site. Repairs are priced separately depending on what needs correcting — you'll get a clear quote before any work begins. No upselling, ever.
Emergency & after-hours callouts are $250 plus HST. This applies to holidays, weekends, and weekdays after 6:00 p.m., unless another rate is agreed before the visit.
